This website presents Mundimar’s boatyard, painting and marine mechanical services in Puerto Portals. It includes no online purchase or payment facility. An enquiry does not reserve a haul-out, commission work or accept a quotation.
Published technical data describes capabilities supplied by the client. Feasibility of each operation or job requires confirmation of vessel characteristics, operating conditions and availability. This does not permit alteration of an existing contractual commitment or exclusion of rights concerning required commercial information.
Unconfirmed prices, opening hours and contract terms are not published. Specific service terms and any required pre-contract information must be provided before entering into a contract.
3. Use of the website
Use the website and its channels for enquiries related to the services offered. Do not introduce unlawful content, malware, impersonation, false information that harms others or unnecessary personal data.
Browsing requires no account and no checkbox accepting general terms. Submitting an enquiry does not transfer rights in its content or authorise reuse for advertising.
4. Brands, content and resources
The Mundimar name and identity identify the business. Rights in photographs, text, design and code belong to their respective holders under authorship, contracts and applicable licences; Mundimar is not automatically attributed ownership of every resource.
Volvo Penta, Mercury, Propspeed and iRyx retain their respective brands and rights. Mention does not imply any association, guarantee or relationship beyond what is expressly stated and confirmed. A development credit does not make iRyx the provider of marine services.
Images identified as references are provisional and do not establish that they depict Mundimar’s actual facilities, personnel or work. Their use and replacement must respect source licences. This page does not authorise exploitation of third-party brands or resources.
Access permits ordinary use of the website, subject to statutory limits and exceptions. For reuse requiring permission, contact the rights holder; this clause does not restrict uses permitted by law.
5. External links
The location link opens Google Maps only when selected. The iRyx credit links to its own website. WhatsApp is an external service: its links open the confirmed channel +34 683 23 41 41; the form adds the text you entered to the link. You decide whether to send it to Mundimar within WhatsApp. Brand references do not require visiting their websites.
External services have their own terms and privacy practices. Mundimar does not control subsequent changes to their content or functionality. This notice does not exclude legal duties concerning a link or justify retaining known unlawful content.
6. Availability and responsibility
Maintenance, network incidents or changes to third-party services may cause interruptions. Uninterrupted availability is not promised. If the form or a page is unavailable, use the published email or telephone.
Known content and functional errors must be addressed with the care legally required. Technical measures reduce risk but do not guarantee complete absence of errors, malware or unauthorised access, particularly outside this website.
Each party is responsible according to its legal and contractual duties and actual conduct.
